Regular Visits

Continuing Chiropractic Care

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many patients become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

This is untrue.  In fact, most visits take only 5-10 minutes.

Please do not thing the the short time of visits reduces it's value.  With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you, and get you on your way.

Sometimes our patients will choose to have Massage Therapy with Paul before or after some of the adjustment.  Dr. Michelle will discuss with you if the massage will be give before or after the adjustment.  We have found that Massage Therapy vastly improves the success of the Chiropractic adjustments.  It is not a necessity, but many patients have stated how much it has help speed their healing process and help their overall health.  It's your choice.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the one before.  Miss a visit and you can lose momentum necessary to make the necessary changes.

We recognize that your time is very valuable.  We strive to make you wait as little as possible while in our office to minimize the interruptions to your busy life.

Dr. Michelle Asks some important questions of interest to Tucson residents - Chiropractor Tucson Dr. Michelle Asks...

What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Tucson folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
How does headache medication find the headache?
It can't! Chiropractors know that when you ingest a drug and it enters your bloodstream it numbs or deadens your entire body. Chiropractic adjustments, on the other hand, are specific, targeted and delivered with precision.
