Massage Therapy is Available

Tucson Massage Therapy

We offer 30 minute, 60 minute, and 90 minute massage sessions.

We specializes in Swedish, Deep tissue, Active Isolated stretching, and Trigger Points. We work with the doctor to find the key areas that need help. Massage Therapy can be done with Chiropractic care or on its own. Although we have been getting some of our best results when both massage and chiropractic techniques are done together; massage therapy stimulates the brain to produce and release a chemical called serotonin (one of the leading causes of depression) which allows the client to experience a “feel good” sensation.  Massage releases toxins from the muscles and helps stimulate the immune system.  Our massage therapist is available for in office appointments that are not restricted to normal office hours. We are also able to do on-site massage sessions.

Besides improving your overall health and wellness, Massage Therapy helps relieve pain and problems associated with back pain/sciatica, headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, TMJ problems, stiff, sore necks & shoulders, work related stress and athletic stress & strains.

Dr. Michelle Asks some important questions of interest to Tucson residents - Chiropractor Tucson Dr. Michelle Asks...

What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Tucson folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
How does headache medication find the headache?
It can't! Chiropractors know that when you ingest a drug and it enters your bloodstream it numbs or deadens your entire body. Chiropractic adjustments, on the other hand, are specific, targeted and delivered with precision.
