Paul Switzer (License #MT-0554) is our Massage Therapist and specializes in Swedish, Deep tissue, Active Isolated stretching, and Trigger Points. He works with the doctor to find the key areas that need help. Massage Therapy can be done with Chiropractic care or on its own. Although, we find we get our best results when both massage and chiropractic techniques are done together. Massage therapy stimulates the brain to produce and release a chemical called serotonin (one of the leading causes of depression) which allows the client to experience a “feel good” sensation. Massage also releases toxins from the muscles and helps stimulate the immune system. Paul is available for in office appointments that are not restricted to normal office hours. He is also able to do on-site massage sessions.
Besides improving your overall health and wellness, Massage Therapy helps relieve pain and problems associated with back pain/sciatica, headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, TMJ problems, stiff, sore necks & shoulders, work related stress and athletic stress & strains.
