Your first appointment typically lasts 45 minutes, giving us plenty of time to get to know you and your health concerns without feeling rushed.

Come dressed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and examination. Please bring any relevant medical records, recent imaging results, and your insurance information. While we can handle paperwork during your visit, having these items ready helps us focus more time on your care. Most importantly, come prepared to have an open conversation about your health goals and concerns.
Your Comprehensive Assessment Process
During your visit, we’ll review your health history and discuss what brought you to our office. Dr. Michelle will perform a thorough examination, including orthopedic and neurological tests as needed. We’ll also talk about any previous chiropractic experiences—both positive and negative—to ensure we address any concerns you might have. This open dialogue helps us customize your care plan to match your comfort level and treatment goals.
Same-Day Treatment When Appropriate
Unlike many practices that require multiple visits before beginning treatment, we often start your care during that first appointment. Unless specific imaging is needed for safety reasons, Dr. Michelle will typically provide some form of gentle adjustment or treatment during your initial visit. We understand that when you’re in pain or discomfort, waiting longer for relief isn’t ideal.
